Tier 3

Nutrition guidance
In depth video breakdowns and analysis
Live / real time messaging
Zoom call for monthly reviews
More communication, accountability, and assistance from a coach

Personal Training

An initial consult and assessment
Provides accountability, a consistent routine, progress monitoring, and technique improvement to master your training.
1 hour session: $75 (pay as you go)
10 sessions: $600 (for training twice a week)
Additional Services:
Hybrid options (online and in person), nutrition coaching, 30 minute, and 45 minute session are available as well
